The Farm of Beverly Hills

For some years now, when I venture back to Los Angeles, my family and I like to enjoy at least one meal at The Farm of Beverly Hills. The menu is comprised of mainly upscale and fairly expensive comfort food. They have almost every comfort food meal you could imagine with sides that sound normal, but are cooked in a unique way that separates it from the norm and also makes the price a bit more understandable.

Tonight we ordered in from there and we like to order a few different dishes and all share since we like trying everything. Tonight we ordered the short ribs, the Cobb Salad, the BBQ Chicken Chop Salad, the Turkey Meatloaf and the Fried Chicken. The two appetizers we ordered were the coconut shrimps and the mac and cheese. Of the entrees, the standouts were certainly the short ribs and the fried chicken. Both were outstanding with nice mashed potatoes, grilled veggies, grilled corn and a side salad. As for the appetizers, the shrimps were dynamite but the mac and cheese was a bit weak since I have had so much good mac in the past.

If you are in the LA and are not on a really tight budget, stop by this Beverly Hills eatery which will not let you down. The atmosphere and service is also outstanding.

Even if not an animal, go to The Farm.

Stay hungry my friends.
